1. Introduction
Fanz™ Unlimited Network (FUN) L.L.C.™ (“FUN”) respects the intellectual property rights of creators and rights holders and enforces copyright compliance across its platforms in accordance with applicable copyright laws, including but not limited to:
• The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512 (United States)
• The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK)
• Directive 2001/29/EC on Copyright in the Information Society (EU)
• The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (International Copyright Treaty)
This Copyright Infringement Takedown Policy outlines FUN’s process for handling copyright infringement claims and takedown requests. It does not replace the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other legal terms governing FUN’s platforms.
This policy applies to the following platforms operated by FUN:
• boyfanz.com, girlfanz.com, daddiesfanz.com, transfanz.com, ebonyfanz.com, pupfanz.com, dlbroz.com
• fanz.fans, fanz.fan, fanz.community, fanz.foundation, fanz.university
2. Copyright Infringement Notification Procedure
In compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) of the DMCA, FUN will process valid copyright infringement notices and take appropriate actions, including content removal and user notifications.
To file a DMCA takedown request, the copyright owner or an authorized agent must provide a written notice containing the following:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) allegedly infringed (e.g., book title, film, image, video, music, or other protected material).
3. Description of the infringing content (e.g., video title, image description, or file name).
4. Location of the infringing material (specific URL(s) on FUN’s platform where the copyrighted material appears).
5. A statement affirming the complainant’s good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
7. Complainant’s contact information, including:
• Full legal name
• Physical mailing address
• Telephone number
• Email address
2.1 Submission of DMCA Takedown Requests
Copyright infringement notifications must be sent to FUN’s Designated Copyright Agent:

Incomplete or improperly formatted DMCA requests will not be processed. FUN reserves the right to request additional information from the complainant to verify ownership and the validity of the claim.
3. Copyright Infringement Investigation & Content Removal
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, FUN will:
1. Expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing content.
2. Notify the alleged infringing party (User) and provide a copy of the takedown request.
3. Take reasonable steps to inform the content provider that their content has been removed or disabled.
4. Track repeat infringers and enforce account suspensions or terminations for repeat violations.
3.1 Repeat Infringer Policy
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(i) of the DMCA, FUN maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers.
• A user receiving three or more valid DMCA takedown notices within 12 months may have their account permanently terminated.
• Users who misuse FUN’s platform for piracy or illegal distribution of copyrighted content may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If a user believes their content was wrongfully removed due to misidentification or fair use, they may file a DMCA Counter-Notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
4.1 Counter-Notification Requirements
A valid DMCA Counter-Notification must include:
1. User’s physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material (including URLs where it previously appeared).
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming the user’s good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. User’s contact information, including:
• Full legal name
• Physical mailing address
• Telephone number
• Email address
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of:
• The federal courts of Wyoming, USA, if the user is in the United States, OR
• Any judicial district where FUN does business if the user is outside the United States.
4.2 Submission of DMCA Counter-Notifications

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification:
1. FUN will forward a copy to the original complainant.
2. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, the removed content may be restored.
Important Notice: Submitting false or fraudulent counter-notifications may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), which provides for monetary damages, attorneys’ fees, and court costs.
5. Legal Disclaimers & Enforcement Policy
• FUN does not mediate copyright disputes. We act only in compliance with DMCA Safe Harbor protections under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c).
• FUN is not responsible for determining the validity of copyright claims. Complainants and users must resolve disputes through legal channels if necessary.
• Knowingly submitting false copyright claims is a violation of federal law and may result in legal consequences under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Copyright Infringement Takedown Policy is governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
All disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming, United States.
