Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all users, and any violation may result in immediate action, including suspension or termination of accounts. By using our services, all stakeholders agree to adhere to these policies, reinforcing our commitment to trust, safety, and responsible business practices.

● All users, including content starz and members, must complete mandatory age verification using a valid government-issued ID before accessing or contributing content.
● Verification involves a multi-step authentication process, including document verification, biometric facial recognition, and AI-powered fraud detection to prevent identity theft or underage participation.
● All content uploaded to the platform must have age verification records tied to its respective contributors, ensuring compliance with federal laws.
● Secure, encrypted record-keeping is maintained as per 18 U.S.C. § 2257, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and accessibility for regulatory audits.
● Regular compliance audits are conducted to validate adherence to verification requirements, with strict penalties for non-compliance, including account suspension, content removal, and legal action if necessary.
● Any attempts to circumvent the age verification process will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant legal authorities.
3.2 Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance
● Fanz Unlimited LLC strictly prohibits minors (any individual under 18 years of age) from accessing, creating, or contributing content on any of our platforms.
● Robust age verification measures, including AI-powered identity checks, biometric verification, and third-party verification services, are employed to prevent underage access.
● If an account is discovered to belong to a minor, it will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be purged in compliance with COPPA requirements and reported as required to relevant authorities.
● Personal data collection from minors is explicitly prohibited. If personal information belonging to a minor is inadvertently collected, it will be permanently deleted in accordance with legal mandates.
● Content moderation teams are trained to identify and flag potential violations, ensuring swift action against any suspected minor-related activity.
● Regular compliance audits are conducted to ensure adherence to COPPA guidelines and applicable data privacy laws.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy
● Fanz Unlimited LLC enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to prevent fraud, money laundering, and illegal activities. This policy is mandatory for all users, including content starz, members, and vendors, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and platform security measures.
● We use AgeChecker.Net as our third-party verification provider to authenticate user identities with industry-leading compliance standards. All users must complete identity verification before engaging in transactions or accessing age-restricted content.
● The verification process includes:
o Submission of a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., passport, driver’s license, national ID card).
o Biometric facial recognition to match submitted documents with a real-time selfie.
o Cross-checking data with global databases to identify potential risks, fraudulent activities, or sanctioned individuals.
o Ongoing periodic reviews to ensure continued compliance with identity verification standards.
● Any attempts to falsify identity documents, circumvent verification processes, or engage in fraudulent activities will result in immediate account suspension, content removal, forfeiture of earnings, and potential legal action.
● AgeChecker.Net ensures all identity data is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and PCI DSS standards, preventing unauthorized access or breaches.
● Fanz Unlimited LLC reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence at any time for high-risk accounts or transactions flagged by our compliance team.
3.4 Data Retention & Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
● Secure Data Retention: Fanz Unlimited LLC securely retains all compliance records, including user data, content submissions, and transaction histories, for a minimum of five (5) years. This ensures compliance with legal requirements and provides necessary documentation for audits and legal proceedings.
● DMCA Membership & Takedown Procedures: As an official member of the DMCA, we strictly enforce copyright protections in accordance with Section 512 of Title 17. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Users are notified of the claim and given an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error. Repeat infringers will face permanent suspension and potential legal action.

3.5 Taxation & International Compliance
● U.S. Tax Compliance: All U.S.-based content starz and vendors are required to complete and submit IRS Form W-9 for tax identification purposes. Fanz Unlimited LLC will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC annually for qualifying individuals earning above the reporting threshold, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax laws.
● International Tax Compliance: Non-U.S. content starz and vendors must submit appropriate tax documentation, such as IRS Form W-8 BEN or W-8 BEN-E, to certify their foreign status and claim applicable treaty benefits where applicable. Any required withholding taxes on international earnings will be deducted in accordance with U.S. tax regulations.
● VAT, GST, and Sales Tax Compliance: For international users in jurisdictions requiring Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST), Fanz Unlimited LLC complies with applicable tax collection and remittance obligations. Users are responsible for understanding and fulfilling their local tax responsibilities.
● Automated Tax Reporting & Withholding: Our platform integrates automated tax reporting systems to ensure accurate withholding calculations and compliance with tax authorities. Earnings reports are made available to users for self-reporting purposes.
● Regulatory Compliance: Fanz Unlimited LLC ensures compliance with global financial regulations, including the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), where applicable. We may be required to share financial information with tax authorities to ensure legal adherence.
● Data Protection & Compliance: All tax-related data is securely processed and stored in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and security of user financial data.
● User Responsibility: While Fanz Unlimited LLC facilitates tax reporting and compliance processes, users remain responsible for reporting earnings to their respective tax authorities and ensuring personal compliance with local tax laws. Failure to submit required tax documentation may result in withholding tax deductions or account restrictions.

● Regular Diversity Audits & Reporting: To ensure accountability and progress, we conduct periodic diversity audits, engage with advocacy groups, and publish reports detailing our inclusivity efforts and areas of improvement.
