SECTION 1: USER AGREEMENTS & CONTRACTS
1.1 Fanz™ Unlimited Network (FUN) L.L.C. User Agreement
This Agreement is legally binding under:
- Contract Law of the State of Wyoming, United States
- Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) (15 U.S.C. Chapter 96)
- Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)
User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate information during registration.
- Adhere to content and behavior policies set forth by FUN.
- Understand that violation of terms can result in immediate suspension or legal action.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- Mandatory Arbitration Clause: Users waive their right to sue in public court and must resolve disputes via arbitration.
- Class Action Waiver: Users cannot file class-action lawsuits against FUN.
- Governing Jurisdiction: All arbitration will take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
SECTION 2: CONTENT MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT
2.1 Prohibited Content Policy
Illegal & Restricted Content Categories The following content is strictly prohibited on any FUN platform:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) – Violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A (Federal Law).
- Bestiality – Violation of U.S. Animal Crush Video Prohibition Act, 18 U.S.C. § 48.
- Revenge Porn / Non-Consensual Intimate Media – Violation of 47 U.S.C. § 230 (SAFE SEX Act).
- Human Trafficking / Exploitation – Violation of Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), 22 U.S.C. § 7102.
2.2 DMCA Copyright Infringement Takedown Policy
Legal Basis for Copyright Enforcement
- Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512
- Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
DMCA Takedown Process
1. Receipt of Complaint – Must include signature, copyrighted work identification, location of infringing material, and legal statement of good faith.
2. Content Removal – FUN must disable access within 24 hours of a valid claim.
3. User Notification & Counter-Notification Process – Users have 10 days to respond before content is permanently removed.

3.2 Legal Hold & Investigation Protocol
- Legal Holds Prevent Data Deletion During Investigations.
- Only the Legal Team Can Remove a Hold.
3.3 Retention & Deletion Email Notifications
- 1-Year Retention Review Notification: Users are informed about data retention policies.
- Final Deletion Notice (30-Day Warning): Users are notified before their data is permanently deleted.
- Legal Hold Notification: Users are informed if their data is under legal hold and cannot be deleted.
