1. User Agreements & Contracts
1.1 FUN User Agreement
Legal Basis
This agreement is governed by:
• Contract Law of the State of Wyoming, United States
• Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. Chapter 96)
• Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)
User Responsibilities
Users are required to:
• Provide accurate and verifiable personal information upon registration.
• Comply with all platform policies, including content guidelines, copyright restrictions, and community standards.
• Acknowledge that violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of their account.
• Understand that all content uploaded is subject to moderation and legal review.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
• Mandatory Arbitration: All disputes must be resolved through legally binding arbitration, rather than public litigation.
• Class Action Waiver: Users agree to waive their right to file or participate in class-action lawsuits against FUN.
• Jurisdiction: Arbitration will take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States and will be governed by U.S. federal and state laws.

2. Content Moderation & Enforcement
2.1 Prohibited Content Policy
The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will be subject to immediate removal and possible legal action:
Illegal & Restricted Content Categories
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) – Prohibited under 18 U.S.C. § 2252A.
• Bestiality & Animal Cruelty – Prohibited under 18 U.S.C. § 48.
• Revenge Porn / Non-Consensual Content – Violation of 47 U.S.C. § 230 (SAFE SEX Act).
• Human Trafficking & Forced Labor Content – Violation of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), 22 U.S.C. § 7102.
• Hate Speech, Terrorist Content, and Violent Extremism – Subject to removal and legal action under U.S. federal and international laws.
• Copyright-Infringing Materials – Subject to enforcement under DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512).
FUN reserves the right to permanently ban any user who engages in the creation, distribution, or promotion of prohibited content.
2.2 DMCA Copyright Infringement Takedown Policy
Legal Basis
• Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512
• Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
• EU Copyright Directive (2019/790)
DMCA Enforcement Process
1. Receipt of Complaint
• Complaints must include:
• A legally binding signature from the copyright holder.
• A detailed identification of the copyrighted work in question.
• The location (URL) of the infringing material on FUN’s platform.
• A statement under penalty of perjury confirming that the complaint is made in good faith.
2. Content Removal
• The FUN Compliance Team will disable access to infringing material within 24 hours of receiving a valid takedown request.
3. User Notification & Counter-Notification
• Affected users will have 10 business days to dispute the takedown with a valid counter-notification.
• If no response is received within the 10-day window, the content will be permanently removed.
Repeat Infringement Policy
• First Violation: Warning and content removal.
• Second Violation: Temporary account suspension.
• Third Violation: Permanent account termination and blacklisting.
FUN reserves the right to terminate any account that is deemed a repeat infringer under the DMCA.

Secure Data Deletion Standards
All data deletion requests will be processed in accordance with:
• NIST 800-88 Guidelines for Secure Data Sanitization
• DoD 5220.22-M Standards for Digital Erasure
FUN retains the right to preserve forensic copies of removed content for legal and investigative purposes.
3.2 Legal Hold & Investigation Protocol
A Legal Hold prevents the deletion of user data in response to ongoing investigations, lawsuits, or regulatory requirements.
When Legal Holds Apply
A legal hold is issued when:
• A law enforcement agency requests data retention.
• A copyright holder disputes a DMCA counter-notification.
• A user files a lawsuit involving content hosted on FUN’s platform.
• A security breach investigation requires forensic data analysis.
Only the FUN Legal Department has the authority to issue or remove a legal hold.
